The hosting services provided by the Provider, including websites operated, designed and hosted by it, may be used only for lawful purposes. Users may not deploy any of the Provider's services to transmit, distribute or store material in violation of any applicable law, in a manner that will infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or other intellectual property rights of others, in a manner that will infringe the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others, or that is obscene, threatening or abusive.

The Provider fully supports the enforcement of the Child Protection Act of 1984 as it concerns child pornography, and will cooperate fully with any criminal investigation into a Customer's violation of this Act. Customers are ultimately responsible for the actions of their clients over the Provider's network, and will be liable for illegal material posted by their clients. Child pornography includes photographs, films, video or any other type of visual presentation that shows a person who is or is depicted as being under the age of eighteen years.

Users may not send unsolicited e-mail messages, including, without limitation, using an e-mail account on its network to send spam, or using the service of another provider to send spam. In addition, users may not use the services to send e-mail messages which are excessive, or intended to harass or annoy others, continue to send e-mail messages against the wishes of the recipient, send e-mail with forged TCP/IP packet header information, send malicious e-mail, including, but not limited to "mail bombing", send or receive e-mail messages in a manner that violates the use policies of a other internet service provider, or use an e-mail box exclusively as a storage space for data.

The Provider will assume no responsibility for any material published by others and not posted to the Provider's network by the Provider. The Provider is not responsible for the content of any other websites linked to its sites; links are provided as internet navigation tools only.

The Provider collects only information voluntarily provided by our users and standard website usage statistics. This information is used only to provide necessary support services, contact users, and to improve the content of our Web site. It is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. Any user providing us with name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, domain name or URL or any other personal information permits the Provider to use such information in the course of providing its services.

The Provider does not sell, rent or otherwise disclose its mailing lists.

The Provider will terminate any account if any of the Terms of Service is violated.

This Terms of Service may be modified at any time.
